From March 29th to April 7th (corresponding to March 1st to 10th in the lunar calendar), the Provincial Youth Union mobilized 4,000 young volunteers to carry out tasks in coordination with the police force to maintain security, order, and traffic safety; participate in preventing and combating traffic congestion at the Hung Temple historical site; guide and assist tourists; and clean up the environment at the Hung Temple historical site during the festival.

Particularly on the 9th day of the 3rd lunar month, as part of the "Green Hung Temple" program, 200 volunteers from clubs and universities in Hanoi , belonging to the Phu Tho Student Association in Hanoi, carried out cleaning and garbage collection around the main entrance gate; creating soft barriers to direct visitors. From around 11 PM, the volunteer youth team focused on cleaning the entire ceremonial area and the roads leading to the temples, ensuring cleanliness and beauty in preparation for the solemn Hung King Commemoration Ceremony.

On March 10th, approximately 1,000 Youth Union members participated in serving at the Hung Kings Commemoration Ceremony, with 100 members in the "Descendants of Lac Hong" team and 30 children laying flowers in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh at the relief sculpture "Uncle Ho speaking with the Vanguard Army Division". The volunteer teams continued to carry out their planned tasks: coordinating with the police force to ensure security and order, traffic safety, guiding and assisting tourists, and environmental sanitation.
