Hai Duong allocates many resources for child care, education and protection activities.

The launching ceremony of the Month of Action for Children 2025 with the theme "Prioritizing resources to complete goals for children" conveys a strong message calling on agencies, units and organizations to commit to allocating the right and sufficient resources for activities of caring for,educating and protecting children.

To make the Month of Action for Children 2025 truly meaningful and effective, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Population and Children of Hai Duong province, requested the Department of Health to continue to perform well the standing role of the Steering Committee for Population and Children of the province, coordinate with sectors and organizations to effectively implement programs to support and protect children, especially children in special circumstances. Maintain and expand vaccination programs, screening and early intervention for diseases in children; strengthen nutritional counseling, mental and physical health care for children.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Population and Children, delivered a speech launching the Month of Action for Children.

The Department of Education and Training promotes life skills education, prevents school violence, supports students with disabilities and children with special needs, and ensures school safety during the summer.

Localities organize safe, healthy, and beneficial summer activities, especially for poor children and children in remote areas; at the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision of playgrounds, swimming pools, and places with risks of unsafety, proactively preventing accidents and injuries.

The leaders of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requested the agencies: Police, Procuracy, People's Court at all levels to strengthen coordination, strictly handle acts of child abuse and violence; protect children's rights in litigation. Request the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to continue to be the bridge between children and Party committees and authorities at all levels in advising, proposing policies, and providing social criticism; replicate effective and typical advanced models in child care and protection; promote propaganda and supervision of the implementation of children's rights; educate on ideals and ethics, create a safe and healthy learning, training and playing environment; proactively detect, care for, and protect the rights and legitimate interests of children...

At the launching ceremony, the Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee also called on parents and teachers to join hands with all levels and sectors to care for and be close to their children, helping them have a safe and happy summer.
