After the merger, the fund was named Hai Duong Provincial Farmers Support Fund. Its headquarters is located at the Provincial Farmers' Association.
Accordingly, all capital sources of the District Farmers Support Fund will be merged into the Provincial Farmers Support Fund. Organizational structure and personnel will not be merged, and cadres will not be accepted or transferred from the district fund to the provincial fund.
The Provincial Farmers' Association completed the merger procedures and put the fund into operation from July 1.
Currently, the Provincial Farmers Support Fund has reached 65.6 billion VND, lending to 1,035 households; receiving entrusted capital from the Central Farmers Support Fund of 16 billion VND, lending to 27 projects, with 316 households borrowing capital.
The province has 12 district-level Farmer Support Funds, with a total capital of over 46.5 billion VND, lending capital to 1,611 households in 306 project models and household groups.
The merger aims to ensure consistency with the roadmap for ending the operation of district-level administrative units from July 1. Overcoming the fragmentation and overlap in capital management between association levels, ensuring unified focal points.
