Two difficult circumstances in Phuoc Chi commune were given breeding cows.

On the morning of November 11, the Party Committee, People's Committee, Women's Union of Phuoc Chi commune and the Women's Charity Club of Tay Ninh province organized the donation of breeding cows to 02 women in particularly difficult circumstances in the locality.

The first household to receive a cow was Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoa, born in 1964. Her family was poor and had no land for production. She herself suffered from a chronic illness and her husband had diabetes, but she still had to work to earn a living and send her grandchildren to school.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoa's husband represented the family to receive the breeding cow.

The second household is Mrs. Duong Thi Nhan, born in 1973, the couple has an 18 year old son who has a mental retardation.
