Navy Region 3 rescues 5 Quang Ngai fishermen in distress

The Navy Region 3 Command quickly dispatched ship 635 to assist the distressed ship in bad weather, with strong northeast winds of level 5-6. At this time, ship 635 connected with captain Do Ngoc Anh and encouraged the fishermen to stay calm, temporarily pumping water out of the engine room to avoid sinking the ship.

At 12:30 on the same day, ship 635 approached the fishing boat at 15.04 degrees north latitude, 110.32 degrees east longitude. Currently, ship 635 is towing ship QNg 98855, and is expected to arrive at Ly Son island at 8:00 a.m. on December 1 to hand over to the authorities.

Fishing boat QNg 98855 is owned by Mr. Phan Van Quoc (residing in Vu Chau commune, Duc Pho district, Quang Ngai ), with 5 fishermen on board. The boat's main engine cover broke when starting, seawater flooded the engine compartment.
