According to Reuters, Delta Airlines accused CrowdStrike of releasing a faulty, untested update to customers, causing 8.5 million Windows computers worldwide to crash. The incident forced the airline to cancel 7,000 flights, affecting 1.3 million passengers in 5 days. The plaintiffs claim that CrowdStrike is responsible for more than $500 million in damages, along with an unspecified amount related to reputational damage... CrowdStrike said Delta's statement was based on unverified false information.
