During the day, the working delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen surveyed the Thai Hoa Wind Power Plant projects (Hoa Thang commune) and the Chi Cong Concentrated Aquatic Breeding Production Area (Phan Ri Cua commune).

Located in Hoa Thang commune, Thai Hoa Wind Power Plant invested by Thai Binh Duong Group has a total capacity of 90 MW, with a total investment of about 3,800 billion VND. The project uses modern wind turbine technology from Siemens (Germany), helping to increase electricity output, reduce noise and be environmentally friendly.

According to the report, Thai Hoa Wind Power Plant officially operated stably and supplied electricity to the national power system from October 2021. In 2024, the plant reached an output of 214 million kWh, pre-tax revenue of nearly VND 450 billion, and contributed more than VND 35 billion to the budget. In the first 3 quarters of 2025 alone, the output reached 177.6 million kWh, pre-tax revenue of nearly VND 373 billion, contributing more than VND 28.5 billion to the budget; the whole year is expected to exceed VND 40 billion.

At the meeting, representatives of the Pacific Group proposed that the Provincial People's Committee consider establishing a chain of green energy production projects to exploit the local potential more effectively. Through the survey and listening to the report, the Provincial People's Committee leaders highly appreciated the enthusiasm, capacity and experience of the investor.
With the proposal to develop a green energy chain, the Provincial People's Committee leaders acknowledged and committed to accompanying businesses, contributing to the development of a circular energy chain, harmonizing the interests of the State - businesses - people. At the same time, they requested investors to continue to focus on environmental factors, meeting the criteria of sustainable development.

In Phan Ri Cua commune, the Chi Cong Concentrated Aquatic Seed Production Area was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ) for phase 1 with a scale of 90 hectares. By 2021, the project had completed construction and equipment items (office equipment, aquatic seed inspection, etc.). However, it has not yet attracted businesses applying high technology into operations as the original goal.
At the working session with the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee after the field survey, the representative of the Department of Agriculture and Environment also proposed a number of contents to remove difficulties and obstacles for this project... To put the project into operation effectively and avoid waste, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen requested relevant parties to re-evaluate investment items from the provincial budget to supplement and complete the infrastructure for the Chi Cong Concentrated Aquatic Seed Production Area.

The Provincial People's Committee leaders also emphasized that in the process of calling for investment, it is necessary to focus on preferential policies according to the Central resolutions, encourage the application of science and technology, and develop the private economy in the field of fisheries.

During a working trip to the blue sea area of Lam Dong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen also surveyed some high-tech shrimp farming models, shrimp seed production facilities and Vinh Tan International Port in Vinh Hao commune.
