Attending the ceremony were Permanent Vice President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Thich Thanh Nhieu, President of the International Organizing Committee of the United Nations Vesak Festival Phra Brahmapundit and international Vesak delegations from 85 countries and territories.
The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere on the sacred mountain with prayers creating resonant energy, spreading the message of peace , solidarity and love.
It was night, the temperature dropped, and the fog was thick, but the delegates, monks, Buddhists, and people still attended until the end of the program.
This is not only a religious ceremony but also a cultural event full of humanity, expressing the desire for peace of the Vietnamese people and Buddhists around the world .

Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh - acting chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee - shared that Tay Ninh is a land with a long-standing cultural tradition, with Ba Den Mountain being a spiritual destination visited by many people.
The enshrinement of Buddha's relics here and the peace prayer night event are not only meaningful cultural diplomacy activities but also contribute to spreading the message of peace and solidarity among countries and territories.
Previously, the organizing committee of the 2025 United Nations Vesak Celebration held a peace prayer night at Thanh Tam Pagoda with the participation of more than 1,300 international delegates, 1,000 Vietnamese monks and nuns, 4,000 students and 10,000 domestic Buddhists, lighting up the lamp of wisdom in a world of many uncertainties.

From April 26 to May 13, at Tay Bo Da Son Square, Ba Den Mountain, a Buddha bathing ceremony will take place to celebrate Buddha's birth.
Every Saturday night during this time, a lantern offering ceremony will take place at Tay Bo Da Son Square to pay respect to Buddha. Visitors will write their own wishes and offer them to Buddha to pray for peace, luck and happiness.
Coming to Ba Den Mountain at this time, visitors can also enjoy the exhibition of paintings on Enlightenment by artist Hoang Phong, helping visitors contemplate the teachings of Buddha.
