(BDO) On the morning of April 25, the Social Insurance (SI) Region IV organized a conference to discuss, consult, support, and answer questions about social insurance, health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) policies for employees and employers in Thu Dau Mot City. Attending were leaders of relevant departments and branches and 250 employees and representatives of enterprises.

The conference aims to raise awareness of employers and employees in complying with policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance so that employees can work with peace of mind, participate in social insurance and health insurance, limit the situation of employees quitting their jobs to receive social insurance at one time, contributing to ensuring better social security in the area.

Dozens of questions about the latest regulations when participating in social insurance and health insurance are of interest to employees.

At the conference, representatives of enterprises and employees raised dozens of questions related to the settlement of regimes such as: sickness, maternity, work accidents, occupational diseases, retirement, death, one-time social insurance, pointed out difficulties and problems in the work of collecting books and cards and were clearly answered.

Along with that, Social Insurance Region IV informs employees and businesses about the latest Social Insurance Law, helping businesses and employees better understand the regulations on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance so that they can better comply with legal regulations on insurance policies in the future.
