In 2016, Biscafun began to cooperate with Japanese partners, learning about the needs and capabilities of the parties. The first steps were challenging but also opened up many opportunities for Biscafun to go further in this demanding market.

As everyone knows, Japan is a highly developed country and is extremely picky about foreign products, especially food, when imported into its country. With the Japanese market, to reach this partner, the spirit of learning and always listening to customer feedback on product quality is the first step. Biscafun has constantly improved and upgraded, not only facilities, machinery, equipment, technology and quality of workers, raw materials, but most importantly, upgrading its thinking and creativity, to be worthy of the strict demands of its partners.

With that direction and effort, from 2018 to now, Biscafun's export output to the Japanese market has increased significantly, reaching 100 tons by the end of 2023. This is an impressive number, demonstrating the trust and love of Japanese customers for Biscafun's products. With carefulness and serious investment, since the beginning of 2018, Biscafun's products have been granted FDA certification and Japanese customs have officially issued import codes. This is an important turning point marking the presence of Biscafun products in the Japanese market later.

Having reached you, having established a sincere friendship, having your trust and acceptance of your products, the problem now is to diversify the products, so that the cakes exported to Japan are not only delicious, "suitable" for many tastes of customers, but the product's appearance must also be beautiful, attracting customers at first sight. From the first product Biscafun exported was Pie cake, in August 2019, after only a short time, by April 2020, Biscafun had developed an additional line of cookies exported to Japan. From a type of butter cookies, Biscafun quickly expanded its product portfolio with many new types of cookies such as orange cookies, milk cream cookies, choco chip cookies... with bags, paper boxes and tin boxes. The form must go hand in hand with the quality.

It is expected that in 2024, with many innovations and breakthroughs in the biscuit line, Biscafun's export output to Japan will continue to increase by 30 - 40%. This is not only a goal but also an affirmation of Biscafun's continuous efforts to conquer and maintain its position in the Japanese market, a leading market in the world.
