BTO-That was the statement of Delegate Nguyen Huu Thong - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Thuan province in the afternoon meeting on May 23, the 15th National Assembly, 7th session, discussed and gave opinions on supervising the settlement of voters' petitions.

According to Delegate Thong, the National Assembly's decision to devote a certain amount of time to officially discuss this content in the Parliament from the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly is very correct and in line with the people's wishes. Through meetings with voters and the people.

The people of Binh Thuan are very happy when the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government invest in the construction of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay and Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao expressways, which greatly contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality. During the process of construction, completion, and putting into operation, there were some shortcomings that voters reported, such as the access road for people, and the road damaged by the transportation of construction materials for the expressway.

The above recommendations have been compiled by the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and sent to the Ministry of Transport for consideration and resolution. With great responsibility, the Minister has resolutely directed the construction units to implement the above shortcomings. Up to now, the above recommendations have been basically considered and resolved.

Delegate Nguyen Huu Thong - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Thuan province spoke at the meeting on the afternoon of May 23,

Delegate Thong raised the issue: the Covid-19 epidemic is in the past, but the consequences of this epidemic to date still have many unresolved issues. Currently, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation has received many applications from companies related to the issue of lending medical equipment, biological products, etc. to medical facilities for epidemic prevention work, but so far they have not been paid or resolved.

At the 6th session, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of Binh Thuan province raised the above issue and was promised by the Minister of Health to submit a policy to the competent authority to resolve it, but so far this issue has not been resolved. I really hope that the Ministry of Health will soon advise the competent authority to issue a document to resolve the above issue. This is not only the desire of businesses that have joined hands with the government to prevent the epidemic, but also the desire of local authorities and medical facilities."

During the consultation process, we hope that the Ministry of Health will pay attention to the content of calculating interest for businesses from the time of borrowing goods and equipment until now and the financial mechanism for localities and medical facilities that are sued such as: court fees and costs of executing judgments. If so, businesses will see that the State and Government care about the development of businesses with reason and reason, and localities and medical facilities will also find it easier to implement...
