HBC increased capital, revenue and profit

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: HBC), formerly Hoa Binh Construction Office under the Civil and Industrial Construction Company, was established in 1987. In 2022, the Company increased its charter capital to more than VND 2,741 billion.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, HBC achieved net revenue of more than 7,537 billion VND, after-tax loss of more than 1,115 billion VND.

By the end of the second quarter of 2024, the Company's net revenue will reach more than VND 3,810 billion, with after-tax profit of more than VND 740 billion.

On September 18, more than 347.2 million HBC shares will have an official trading session on the UPCoM market at HNX with a reference price of VND 5,700/share; the value of registered securities for trading (par value of VND 10,000/share) is more than VND 3,472 billion.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange issued a decision to delist shares of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company, effective on September 6, 2024; the reason is that the Company reported total accumulated losses exceeding its actual contributed charter capital, according to the 2023 audit results, which is a case of securities subject to compulsory delisting according to regulations.
