According to the results of independent research and evaluation by Vietnam Report in 2025, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam was ranked 66th in the "Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam 2025"; and at the same time, it reached 23rd in the "Top 50 Excellent Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam 2025".
This is the 5th time Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has been honored in the "Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam 2025", affirming its sustainable growth strategy, effective business operations and reputation as the leading life insurance brand in Japan.
In the context of a challenging economy , objective evaluation and ranking of the most profitable enterprises has been highly expected and appreciated by the business community, investors, customers and the public.
To be honored in the PROFIT500 2025 Ranking, businesses must fully meet criteria such as: pre-tax profit, total revenue, good profit growth potential, along with criteria on asset scale, capital, labor scale and reputation in the media.
In particular, “Top 50 Vietnam Outstanding Profit Enterprises 2025” recognizes typical business representatives in the PROFIT500 Ranking 2025, with high profitability and stable business performance in the period 2024 - 2025. In the context of a market that still faces many challenges, in the first 9 months of 2025, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has achieved encouraging business results: total insurance premium revenue reached over VND 13,400 billion, new insurance premium revenue over VND 2,170 billion, continuing to lead among foreign life insurance companies in Vietnam. Pre-tax profit reached over VND 1,690 billion, contributing to the State budget over VND 840 billion.
Total insurance benefit payments were over VND4,236 billion, bringing the total amount of insurance benefit payments to over VND28,490 billion in the past 18 years. Total operational reserves were nearly VND57,000 billion, up 17% over the same period last year.
