In the first 6 months of the year, Na Ri district basically achieved the socio-economic development targets as planned. The total winter crop area was over 249 hectares, reaching over 113% of the plan. For the spring crop, rice was grown on over 1,539 hectares, reaching over 97% of the plan; corn was grown on over 1,829 hectares, reaching over 101% of the plan; arrowroot was grown on over 203 hectares, reaching over 81% of the plan; seedless persimmons were newly planted on over 21 hectares, reaching over 42% of the plan.
The livestock herd has developed relatively stably, with no outbreaks of disease. Forest development continues to receive attention and direction, with more than 231 hectares planted to date, reaching more than 46% of the plan. However, the prolonged heat has also seriously affected more than 100 hectares of rice, more than 733 hectares of corn, more than 23 hectares of industrial crops, over 23 hectares of fruit trees and more than 400 hectares of forestry trees.
Total state budget revenue in the district (as of June 6) reached nearly 13 billion VND, reaching more than 40% of the plan.
Social security policies are guaranteed, security and political situation is stable. Agencies and units in the district have proactively developed plans and implemented project and sub-project contents of national target programs in the area. However, in the first 6 months of the year, the district still has some difficulties and limitations such as: The cold weather in early spring, prolonged drought has affected the planting progress and caused damage to many crop areas; the progress of implementation and disbursement of capital for national target programs is still slow, due to the late allocation of career capital for 2025; the area of new forestation is still low...
In the first 6 months of 2025, the District People's Council successfully organized 06 meetings (emergency); issued 31 resolutions. The organization of the District People's Council meetings was ensured according to the legal process. The Standing Committee of the District People's Council and the Committees of the District People's Council developed and organized 11 supervision and survey meetings; organized 02 question and answer sessions, 05 explanation sessions.
The meeting voted to pass 06 resolutions of the District People's Council, including: Resolution on adjusting the public investment plan to implement the National Target Programs for the period 2021 - 2025 (13th time); Resolution on adjusting the public investment plan for 2025 to implement the National Target Programs (6th time); Resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 with local budget capital managed at the district level (14th time); Resolution on adjusting the public investment plan for 2025 with local budget capital managed at the district level (4th time); Resolution on the results of thematic supervision "Implementation of Sub-project 1, Project 4: Developing vocationaleducation in poor and disadvantaged areas under the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025" and Resolution of the 32nd Session, District People's Council, term XX, term 2021 - 2026./.
