Chau Doc City People's Council passed many important resolutions

On the afternoon of May 28, the People's Council of Chau Doc City, term XII, 2021 - 2026, held the 20th session (special session) to review, discuss, give opinions and resolve a number of contents under its authority.

At this session, the City People's Council considered dismissing Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan (Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, who is on retirement as prescribed) from the position of member of the City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Delegates voted to pass resolutions related to the city budget for public investment projects in the area, such as: Approving the city budget settlement in 2024; adjusting the detailed allocation of the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2021 - 2025 (10th time), city budget capital; adjusting the list of projects and construction investment capital in 2025, capital source of Donations at the Management Board of Sam Mountain Temple; adjusting the Public Investment Capital Plan in 2025 from the central budget and local budget sources to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the period 2021 - 2025...

These are the legal bases for the City People's Committee to organize implementation in accordance with the provisions of law on the field of State budget and public investment. Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chau Doc City Cao Xuan Ba ​​suggested that after this session, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Delegation Groups and the People's Council delegates continue to supervise the implementation of the adopted resolutions.
