Up to now, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education has chaired the signing of the Program for coordination in implementing science and technology work, building a learning society in Ha Giang province, period 2023 - 2030 with 17 departments, agencies, branches, unions, units, and armed forces. Agencies and units have proactively implemented assigned contents, promoted propaganda and mobilized cadres, civil servants, public employees, and members to participate in the science and technology movement and build a learning society. The Education Promotion Boards of agencies and units closely coordinate with schools ineducating the younger generation and promoting the movement to build Learning Families, Learning Clans, Learning Communities, Learning Units, and Learning Citizens. Pay attention to building and effectively using the Education Promotion Fund; promptly encourage outstanding individuals and children of cadres, civil servants, and public employees with good academic achievements, and poor students who overcome difficulties to rise up.

Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education, Sen Chin Ly, said: 2024 is the first year of implementing the coordination program between the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education and agencies and units. The agencies have actively implemented the coordination contents to ensure correctness, sufficiency, and effectiveness, promoting digital transformation and application of information technology in organizing scientific and technological activities. In particular, building a relationship of regular coordination and cooperation, mutual support between levels and sectors in implementing the movement, thereby contributing to creating a combined strength to care for the cause of science and technology, building a learning society in the area.
