The house is a gold shop located in Binh Thang ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province, next to the construction site of Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City - where the ground was being dug to make a drainage culvert and clear the construction site, suddenly tilted to one side.

This house was previously about 100 square meters wide, located in the clearance area to build Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City and about 3/4 of the area was recovered. The remaining area was constructed and repaired by the homeowner for use and business. Currently, the house is built with 1 ground floor and 3 floors, about 12 meters high, the frontage is about 5 meters wide, one side is about 1.5 meters long, the other side is nearly 4 meters long.

Currently, the excavator is still supporting the tilted house during the construction of Tan Van intersection, waiting for the insurance company to verify and find a solution to fix this problem.

According to the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (project investor), the contractor constructed within the site clearance boundary and in accordance with the design documents.

According to the representative of the construction unit, Hai Dang Joint Stock Company, this house is located close to Tan Van intersection. Although the contractor has constructed the house in accordance with the measures approved by the investor and the supervisory unit as well as technical measures, because the land clearance boundary is too close, the construction work is very complicated.

On the other hand, the houses here have been under construction for a long time, so the foundations are very weak and inconsistent. In addition, the geology of this area is weak, so there are constant changes and fluctuations. The contractor dug to dangerous locations and drove piles, but there was no space to reinforce the foundations well.

The contractor plans to adjust the sewer line to push it away from residential areas in an effort to limit the impact on the lives and travel of residents.

While waiting for the insurance company to verify, the tilted homeowner hired a "genie" to move the house away from the construction site for 240 million VND, and Hai Dang Joint Stock Company supported 120 million VND.

To relocate this house, it is expected that the top two floors of the house will have to be demolished. The relocation will take place in the near future.

Tan Van Interchange is the most difficult project to construct on Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City, because the traffic density here is dense, complicated, and houses are located close together.

Tan Van Interchange will start construction in April 2024, with a construction period of more than 3 years, with 7 joint venture units participating in the construction.
