In the second match of Group B of the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship, Vietnam's women's futsal team won 3-0 against the Philippines. Speaking after the match, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said: "Today the team entered the game better than the previous match. The players' spirit was also better. We controlled the game and from there had many advantageous situations."

Evaluating the match, the head coach of the Vietnamese futsal team added: "There will be different situations at each moment of the match. In the first half, we played with higher pressure, not giving the opponent much space to develop.

In the second half, we increased our concentration and stability. I am very happy that the team won. It was the effort of all members of the team. The players played with more than 100% of their strength."

When asked about preparations for the match against defending champion Iran, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said: "After each match, the coaching staff will analyze and evaluate to see what the team has done well and what is not so good, and will also analyze the Iranian team to have a reasonable strategy for the next match."

Regarding the situation of the Vietnamese women's futsal team, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang also informed: "Currently, after the match, the team has no serious injuries. There are some players who are a bit overloaded, so the coaching staff will have a solution to help them get in the best shape for the next match."

The final match of the group stage between the Vietnamese women's futsal team and Iran will take place at 4:00 p.m. (Vietnam time) on May 11 at the Hohhot Sports Center (China).
