More than 900 Lam Dong police officers and soldiers will be promoted in rank and have their salaries increased in 2025.

Attending the ceremony were Colonel Truong Minh Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police Department; comrades of the Provincial Police Standing Committee, Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police Department, leaders of departments, affiliated units and representatives of officers and soldiers promoted in rank and salary during this period.

In 2025, Lam Dong Provincial Police will have more than 900 officers and soldiers eligible for promotion and salary increase. Of these, 12 cases are under the decision-making authority of the Ministry of Public Security , the remaining cases are decided by the Director of the Provincial Police. Notably, in this period, Colonel Truong Minh Duong - Director of the Provincial Police and Colonel Bui Duc Thinh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police were promoted to the rank of Colonel 1 year ahead of schedule for their outstanding achievements; Comrade Dau Xuan Bao - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police was promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel. In addition, in Lam Dong Provincial Police, there are 3 other comrades who were promoted to the rank of Colonel ahead of schedule.

Colonel Truong Minh Duong - Director of the Provincial Police Department presented the decision to increase salary and promote ranks to the Deputy Directors.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Police presented the decision and congratulated the department-level leaders and representatives of the officers and soldiers of the Police units. For the remaining promoted and increased officers, the Chiefs of Police of the units and localities will organize solemn, meaningful, and proper People's Police ceremonies, thereby creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, contributing to promoting the emulation movement, and successfully completing assigned tasks.

Colonel Truong Minh Duong presented the Decision to the comrades to promote their ranks from Lieutenant Colonel to Senior Colonel.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Truong Minh Duong congratulated the officers and soldiers who were promoted in rank and raised in salary. The Director of the Provincial Police Department emphasized that this was the recognition of the Party, the State and the Public Security sector for the maturity and contributions in the training and striving of each officer and soldier in the past term. Each comrade who was promoted in rank and raised in salary must determine that this is an honor, pride, and also his or her responsibility in each important task assigned by the Party and the sector.

Colonel Bui Duc Thinh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department presented the Decision to the comrades to increase their salary to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Colonel Truong Minh Duong hopes that officers and soldiers will continue to practice ethics, improve their professional qualifications, maintain their political will to excellently complete their assigned tasks, especially in the context that the whole country in general and Lam Dong Provincial Police in particular are streamlining their organization. This will affect the ideology of officers and soldiers in many ways. Therefore, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requested Party committees and leaders of the Police of units and localities to continue to do a good job of political and ideological work for the entire unit. Thereby, each officer and soldier upholds the spirit of "forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people" regardless of their position, always maintaining their political will, continuing to practice, strive, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Colonel Dinh Xuan Huy - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department presented the decision to the comrades to increase their salary to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department presented decisions to comrades on salary increase and promotion to the rank of lieutenant
