On October 30, the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command sent officers and soldiers from across the province to coordinate with the militia forces of communes to support people in overcoming the consequences of floods.

Officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command focused on dredging mud, cleaning tables, chairs, and teaching tools at Binh Minh Primary School No. 2, Binh Duong Secondary School, Binh Minh Commune Martyrs' Cemetery, Tinh Bac Regional General Clinic, Ba Gia Commune, and clearing congestion at Tam Han Bridge area to allow people and vehicles to move smoothly.

Units in the provincial armed forces will try to promptly overcome the consequences of the flood as soon as possible so that schools can welcome students back to school and medical facilities can resume operations.
