Hoa Minzy, HIEUTHUHAI, Hua Kim Tuyen are the names that have been specially entered directly into the Top 5 Official Nominations for the Devotion Music Awards. On March 5, the Sports and Culture Newspaper (Vietnam News Agency) announced the official nominations for the 18th Devotion Awards (2024) on both award systems: Devotion Music Awards and Devotion Sports Awards. In the 2024 Devotion Music Awards system, the Organizing Committee has taken a new step in affirming the role of the public by giving the right to vote to the public in all 10 categories instead of only 5/9 categories like last season. Accordingly, the leader of each category in the first round of voting will be specially entered directly into the Top 5 Official Nominations in the corresponding category. The remaining four nominees are the artists/programs with the highest scores according to the total number of votes from the public at the Voting Portal and the number of votes from the Voting Council.

The names with the highest number of votes are specially entered into the Top 5 Official Nominations including: "A Loi" - Song of the Year category, "Moi Chap Moi" - Music Video of the Year category, DTAP - Producer of the Year category, Hua Kim Tuyen - Musician of the Year category, Hoa Minzy - Female Singer of the Year category, HIEUTHUHA - Male Singer of the Year category. Based on the Top 5, from 3:00 p.m. on March 5 to 11:59 p.m. on March 15, the Dedication Award voting portal continues to open for the public to participate in the Final Voting Round, along with music journalists nationwide. This voting round will select the winner of the 2024 Dedication Music Award in each category. That is the nomination with the highest score based on the converted points from the votes of journalists and the votes of the public (public accounts for 50%, journalists account for 50%). Regarding the Dedication Sports Award, in addition to the three categories of last year's season including "Sports Face of the Year," "Sports Achievement of the Year," "Young Sports Face of the Year," this year, the Organizing Committee added a new category, "Dedication Aspiration," to honor individuals or groups with outstanding work, actions, and contributions in the socialization of sports, arousing passion, inspiring and spreading positive values ​​in the community, contributing to encouraging the development of the sports movement nationwide.

According to the award regulations, the categories "Sports Achievement of the Year" and "Dedication Aspiration" will be selected by the Dedication Sports Award's Voting Council and decided to award based on the nominations of the Organizing Committee. The categories "Sports Face of the Year" and "Young Sports Face of the Year" will be launched for online voting for fans and the public on the Dedication Awards 2024 website from 3:00 p.m. on March 5 to 11:59 p.m. on March 15, based on the list of Top 3 nominees selected by the Voting Council. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on March 27 at Ho Guom Theater ( Hanoi ) with musician Luu Quang Minh as Music Director, led by MC Phi Thuy Linh and journalist Truong Anh Ngoc./.
