In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroes and soldiers of the No-Number Train, who bravely overcame countless storms and sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

The ship without a number docked at Lo Dieu port, the first ship to open the port of Zone V and the only ship to dock in Gia Lai waters. This event demonstrated the courage and bravery of the sailors transporting weapons from the North to support the battlefield of Zone V.
According to documents, at 4:00 a.m. on November 1, 1964, the ship without a number (number 401) captained by Mr. Pham Van, carrying 30 tons of weapons and 6 tons of explosives, arrived at Lo Dieu port. By 8:00 a.m. the next morning, local troops, militia and guerrillas, and Lo Dieu people had completed burying all the weapons. After the transportation was completed, the commander decided to set a detonator to burn the ship to erase all traces, and at the same time spread the news that this was a fishing boat that had been washed ashore and caught fire to mislead the enemy.

With that historical significance, Lo Dieu Beach - where the unnumbered ship docked - was ranked as a provincial historical relic by the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province (old) in 2005.
After the flower and incense offering ceremony, local leaders visited and presented gifts to Mr. Le Not, a crew member of the ship without a number that docked at Lo Dieu in the past. During the visit, ward leaders kindly inquired about his health and life and expressed their deep gratitude for his and the crew members' contributions to the nation's revolutionary cause.
