Accordingly, the Department of Transport and Vehicle Management is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Infrastructure Management and specialized departments under the Quang Binh Department of Construction to organize a field survey to unify a number of contents related to the public passenger transport route by bus from Dong Ha to Dong Hoi and vice versa.

Specifically: Route information (route, distance, starting point and ending point of the route); vehicle schedule (number of planned trips, frequency of trips, travel speed, total time to complete the journey); vehicles (total minimum number of vehicles, types of vehicles operating on the route); stops, waiting rooms (total number of stops, waiting rooms on the route in both directions); route opening and closing times, completion time before May 19, 2025.

The Department of Planning and Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and units to advise competent authorities to issue regulations on the process of selecting units to operate subsidized public passenger transport routes by bus in Quang Tri province, advise on issuing a bidding notice inviting qualified transport businesses to participate in providing public passenger transport services by bus on the Dong Ha - Dong Hoi route and vice versa, with completion date before May 30, 2025.

Carry out investor selection activities, completion time before July 10, 2025. Complete contractor selection procedures, announce the bus route into operation, completion time before July 30, 2025.

It is known that the task of implementing the process of opening a new bus route from Dong Ha to Dong Hoi and vice versa is carried out according to Resolution No. 23/2025/NQ-HDND, dated April 4, 2025 of the People's Council of Quang Tri province; directive document of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province; document of the Department of Construction of Quang Binh province on agreeing on the policy of opening a new bus route from Dong Ha to Dong Hoi and vice versa.
