The joint venture of 559 Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company - Tan Thinh Construction Limited Liability Company - Hong Ha Investment, Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company is the contractor. |

According to the design, this project includes a main line of more than 42 km and a branch line of nearly 13.8 km. The starting point intersects with National Highway 37 - 17 - Provincial Road 292 near Lai Nghien pumping station (Viet Yen town); the end point is in Canh Nau commune (Yen The) to the end of Bac Giang province, connecting to the existing road in Binh Long commune, Vo Nhai district. |

The main route is divided into two sections, section 1 is built according to the standards of a grade III plain road, with a roadbed width of 12 m and a road surface width of 11 m; section 2 is a grade III mountainous road, with a roadbed width of 9 m and a road surface width of 8 m. |
