Therefore, the Vietnam Road Administration requests the Department of Transport of provinces and cities to direct driving training facilities to conduct driver training to ensure sufficient time and training program content according to regulations.

Based on the framework program for driver training on all types of roads (including highways) and referring to the "Driving Techniques" subject curriculum, driving training facilities develop appropriate driving techniques curriculum, including the content "Driving on highways" that demonstrates driving techniques on highways with different investment phases, ensuring visuality, consistent with the content and training program, helping students easily absorb, remember and practice all operations and handling when driving on highways to ensure safety.
