According to the Admissions Plan of previous academic years of Thai Binh University, the full-time tuition fee for students entering the program is about 96,200,000 VND (bachelor program), 119,140,000 VND (engineering program). On average, 8,745,000 VND/semester (bachelor program), 10,830,000 VND/semester (engineering program).

Forms and policies of tuition support at Thai Binh University
In addition to implementing the scholarship program to encourage learning, tuition exemption and reduction for students according to Government regulations, in 2024, Thai Binh University will offer many scholarships to candidates applying to the school.
In the 2024-2025 school year, Thai Binh University has spent more than 10 billion VND on scholarships for students. Specifically, the school awarded 100 full scholarships, each worth 50 million VND, and 100 partial scholarships, each worth 25 million VND, sponsored by businesses.
In addition, the school offers 200 English scholarships, each worth 20 million VND, to students with high achievements.
