Phu Ninh summarizes the implementation of learning models for the period 2021

After 5 years of implementing Decisions No. 387 and 677, the movement to encourage learning, encourage talents, and build a learning society with models of learning families, learning clans, learning communities, and learning units in Phu Ninh district has developed quite extensively, with widespread impacts, contributing to economic , cultural, and social development, bringing about practical results.

People have actively responded to the “Lifelong Learning” movement from the previous studious movement. The emulation movement of children and adults in each family has developed further; 100% of school-age students are able to go to school.

Students from the schools have won many high prizes in excellent student competitions and Olympic competitions. The number of children in the district who are excellent students and have doctoral and master's degrees is increasing, most clearly shown by the number of people receiving the Phan Chau Trinh award every year.

Mr. Truong Thanh - Chairman of the Phu Ninh District Education Promotion Association said that from 2021 to present, the Phan Chau Trinh Award ceremony of the District People's Committee has honored 220 people, with a reward budget of more than 895 million VND.

In Phu Ninh, there are 3 outstanding students and 1 adult who were awarded the "Never-ending Scholarship" scholarship by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education . Among them, there are twin brothers Nguyen Tri Hien and Nguyen Tri Hau, 11th grade students specializing in Mathematics at Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted, who have overcome life's adversities, made efforts in their studies and achieved many outstanding achievements through provincial and national competitions for excellent students, and most recently, they won a gold medal at the 2nd International Mathematical Olympiad in 2025 held in Ashgabat City, Turkmenistan.

In recognition of outstanding achievements in implementing Decisions 387 and 677 of the Prime Minister for the period 2021 - 2025, Phu Ninh District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 3 collectives and 6 individuals; Phu Ninh District Education Promotion Association awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 4 individuals; Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 1 individual and Provincial Education Promotion Association awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 4 individuals.
