Specifically, all educational institutions in Dak Lak province will allow students to take a break from school from the afternoon of November 6 to the end of November 7, 2025 to proactively prevent and avoid storms. In the following days, depending on the weather situation, heads of educational institutions will proactively allow students to take a break from school; not organize teaching and educational activities for students when weather conditions and facilities do not ensure the safety of students and teachers. During the school break, educational institutions will arrange for leaders to be on duty according to regulations.
Educational institutions continue to proactively respond to storm No. 13 and flood preparedness according to the actual situation and previous guidance documents of the Department; carry out information and reporting work according to regulations.
