According to the regulations, students taking the exam will take two theoretical exams (5 hours) and practical exams (5 hours). This year's theoretical exam is based on practical and modern applications of physics such as: The precession of the Earth's axis causes global climate effects; spin waves are related to quantum computers and the greenhouse effect.

The practical test is based on the electromagnetic induction effect and its application in induction cookers.

The Vietnamese delegation ranked in the group of 5 countries and territories with the highest achievements: China, South Korea, Chinese Taipei, the Russian Federation and Vietnam.

This year's achievements of the Vietnamese team are considered to be superior to those of 2024.
