For the commercial type serving tourism, there are: 3 night markets (Nguyen Hoang night market, Cong Nu Ngoc Hoa night market; Tran Quy Cap - Bach Dang night market); 2 fairs (Hoi An fair and Tan Thanh fishing village fair) and 1 commercial business area with more than 4,000 shops and stores, concentrated on the streets of 3 central wards.
Infrastructure for commercial and service industries such as petroleum, liquefied gas, food, medical examination and treatment, banking, telecommunications... is mainly invested by small and medium-sized enterprises and individual households, accounting for a low proportion of the total commercial and service industry in the city.
