The “Thu My Vi” food festival is not only a place for selling goods but also a space for cultural and culinary exchange between regions, where visitors can experience and feel the local quintessence through each dish, the story of origin and preparation. This event contributes to enhancing the ability to promote regional brands, helping specialty products to reach closer to domestic and foreign consumers.

In the “One Round Vietnam” area, the culinary stalls stretch from the northernmost point of Tuyen Quang to the southernmost point of Ca Mau , creating a unique journey of enjoying the regions right in the heart of the capital. Along with that, the “Cheer Fest - Beer & Grill Across the Borders” subdivision combines a diverse grill - beer space, which is a highlight attracting tourists who love new culinary experiences. Here, gourmets will enjoy more than 100 exquisite craft beer flavors paired with countless special grilled dishes from Germany, Belgium, Japan to Vietnamese flavors, creating a unique, multi-layered flavor experience.

The South Court space is considered by the media as the “culinary heart” of the Fair, with a capacity of up to nearly 4,500 seats. The food stalls are organized in the direction of smart shopping experiences and interactions, helping visitors easily access and explore diverse regional flavors.

Mr. Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), said that this year's Autumn Fair space is designed as a "journey across Vietnam", each sub-area is a vivid story about the people, culture and dynamic economy of the regions.

Mr. Phu affirmed the innovation in the organization method with the combined model of "Real Fair - Virtual Fair", allowing businesses to both exhibit directly at the Exhibition Center and have an online 3D booth to livestream trade with domestic and foreign customers.

Notably, the 2025 Autumn Fair is considered a national-scale comprehensive trade promotion event, directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to stimulate domestic consumption and expand export markets. According to the Organizing Committee, the event gathers about 3,000 booths of domestic enterprises and attracts international delegations to attend.
