On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 22, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 21, a working delegation of the Association of Fellow Countrymen and the Ha Tinh Business and Entrepreneurs Association in Hanoi led by Mr. Dang Quoc Tien - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Association of Fellow Countrymen in Hanoi met, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and relatives of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
At the program, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs informed about the implementation of policies and regimes for families of people with revolutionary contributions in Ha Tinh province in recent times.

Accordingly, up to now, Ha Tinh has confirmed and implemented policies for 303,379 people with meritorious services. Currently, more than 38,122 people with meritorious services receive monthly allowances with an annual payment of nearly 1,500 billion VND. From 2020 to present, the whole province has built and repaired 11,724 houses for people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances.
At the program, the delegation members visited the health and life of the heroic Vietnamese mothers and their relatives; expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs, mothers, and families of those who contributed to the cause of national liberation and reunification. At the same time, they wished the mothers good health and encouraged their children and grandchildren to implement the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws, and movements launched by the locality.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 18 gifts to 3 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and relatives of 15 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, each gift worth 3 million VND and in kind.
