(NADS) - Implementing the direction of Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung, on the morning of January 4, the Department of External Information - Ministry of Information and Communications had a working session with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Photography and Life Magazine to discuss cooperation to bring Vietnamese photographic works to digital platforms and digital transformation of Photography and Life Magazine.
Attending the meeting on behalf of the Department of External Information - Ministry of Information and Communications were: Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Director; Mr. Nguyen Van Thuat, Deputy Director; Mr. Do Van Khoi, Chief of Office; Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Director of the Center for International Journalism and Media Cooperation; representative of TechCity company.
On the side of the Vietnam Association of Photographers, there were: NB-NSNA Ho Sy Minh, Permanent Vice President of the Association, Editor-in-Chief of Photography and Life Magazine; NB Minh Quang, Editorial Secretary of NA&DS Magazine.
At the meeting, the two sides discussed, raised issues and proposed solutions for 5 main contents: Solutions to bring photographic works to cyberspace, connecting those interested and in need of buying photos with the authors; Building a Vietnam Virtual Reality Photography Museum, bringing photographic works to the virtual museum, thereby helping the public and photography lovers easily access high-quality photographic works; Coordinating to organize a Photo Contest between the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists called Happy Vietnam; bringing Photography and Life Magazine to the national information portal Vietnam.vn; supporting the digital transformation of the Magazine.
