Quang Ninh: Verify and handle the situation of buying and selling invitation tickets for "Ha Long concert 2025"

Quang Ninh Provincial Police said that acts of buying and selling invitation tickets to free programs for the people will be strictly handled according to the law.

On October 24, Quang Ninh Police said they had verified and handled cases of selling "Ha Long Concert 2025" invitation tickets on social media platforms. This is a special art program organized by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, attracting widespread attention and interest from people inside and outside the province.

The program is completely free, tickets are issued in the form of invitations and registration via the official link www.dangkyve.com (managed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province). The issuance and use of free tickets have been widely announced on mass media.

Taking advantage of people's need for tickets to participate in the program, some people profited by using multiple ID cards to register to receive tickets online.

After receiving the QR code for the free invitation tickets, the subjects advertised them for sale on social networking platforms. This behavior is aimed at personal gain or taking advantage of the transaction to commit online fraud, causing insecurity and affecting the reputation of the province.

Through the investigation, on October 23, the Internal Political Security Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police discovered and summoned LKL (born in 2007, residing in Binh Khe Ward, Quang Ninh) for using 2 Facebook accounts to sell QR codes for "Ha Long Concert 2025" invitation tickets for 900,000 VND/code. The case is still being verified and handled.

Quang Ninh Provincial Police advise people that any act of buying or selling invitation tickets to free programs for the people will be strictly handled according to the law.

People who want to participate in the program should contact the local official issuing agencies (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; People's Committees at commune/ward level) or through public free ticket/registration points; absolutely do not buy tickets or cards of unknown origin online to avoid the risk of being scammed or unintentionally assisting in illegal acts.

As the largest-scale art program ever organized by Quang Ninh province, with the participation of a series of top famous faces in Vietnam, within just 90 minutes of opening the online ticket registration portal at: https://dangkyve.com, all 19,000 tickets for the Ha Long 2025 concert were registered.

Audiences who have successfully received QR code tickets will be able to exchange their physical tickets from 8:30 a.m. on October 27 to 11:30 a.m. on October 29. Ticket exchange location is at the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh). Audiences should bring their ID cards for verification if necessary, to avoid duplication or fraud.

The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to issue tickets if it detects violations of regulations. The Organizing Committee will not reissue tickets if they are lost or damaged. Audiences need to keep their QR codes secure to avoid ticket information leaks. "Ha Long Concert 2025" brings together famous domestic singers, with a scale of 30,000 spectators, will take place at 30/10 Square, Ha Long Ward, on October 29.

The program promises to be a highlight in the series of cultural, sports and tourism events at the end of the year in Quang Ninh./.
