Northwest: Cloudy, rain in some places; light wind; cold morning; temperature 17-27 degrees Celsius.

Northeast: Cloudy, rain in some places; Northeast wind level 2-3; cold weather, mountainous areas have cold weather; temperature 17-26 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi : Cloudy, rain in some places; Northeast wind level 2-3; cold; temperature 19-25 degrees Celsius.

Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Hue: Cloudy; scattered rain during the day; Hue city in particular has moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain in some places; North to Northwest wind level 2-3; cold weather; temperature 18-25 degrees Celsius.

South Central Coast region: In the North (from Da Nang to the East of Dak Lak), it is cloudy with moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms; in the South, it is cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; Northeast wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts; temperature 23-31 degrees Celsius.

Ho Chi Minh City: Cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places; in the afternoon and at night there will be rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain in some places; Northeast to east wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind; temperature 24-33 degrees Celsius.

Hoang Sa special economic zone (Da Nang): Scattered showers and thunderstorms, with the possibility of tornadoes; visibility over 10km, reduced to 4-10km in the rain; Northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9; rough seas; waves 2-4m high.

Truong Sa special economic zone (Khanh Hoa): Scattered showers and thunderstorms; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind level 6-7; visibility is over 10km, decreasing to 4-10km in the rain; light wind in the North; southwest wind level 3-4 in the South; waves 2-3m high.
