Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades: Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and Hoang Anh Cong, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly 's Committee on Citizen Petitions.
At the meeting, on behalf of the Party Committee, government, and people of Tay Ninh province, Comrade Pham Hung Thai handed over 3 billion VND through the Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province to support the people in the affected areas to quickly overcome the consequences of the floods.
On behalf of the provincial leadership, Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen expressed profound gratitude to the Party Committee, government, and people of Tay Ninh province; affirming that this activity is imbued with compassion, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual support" and unity between North and South Vietnam.

Earlier, the delegation from Tay Ninh province visited Quan Trieu ward to offer condolences, encouragement, and provide 10 support packages (each worth 5 million VND) along with gifts to households whose houses were destroyed or damaged.
Later that afternoon, the delegation visited Thai Nguyen Central Hospital and presented 50 gift packages and cash (each worth 5 million VND) to medical staff and employees who had suffered losses due to the natural disaster.
The total financial support from Tay Ninh province on this occasion is 3.3 billion VND. This is a great source of encouragement, giving Thai Nguyen province more strength to overcome the consequences of the storms and floods, and to quickly stabilize the lives of the people.
