Nghe An Real Estate Association held the 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 25, in Vinh Hung ward, Nghe An Real Estate Association held the 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the congress, on behalf of the central ministries and branches, there were Mr. Vuong Duy Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Management ( Ministry of Construction ); representatives of the Vietnam Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Consulting Association.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of a number of departments, branches, associations and more than 100 enterprises that are members of the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association.

The first congress, term 2018 - 2023, Nghe An Real Estate Association carried out its tasks in a difficult context. In addition to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the sluggish real estate market nationwide has somewhat affected the performance of the Provincial Association.

However, since 2022, thanks to the Government's economic recovery measures, the economy has gradually recovered and the real estate market has flourished. In Nghe An, to achieve the province's socio-economic development goals, many large infrastructure projects have been invested, so more and more corporations and businesses are investing in real estate in Nghe An, and the market is also more vibrant.

Specifically, during the term, along with effectively performing the tasks of consulting and social criticism, the Provincial Real Estate Association has closely followed the proposed programs and plans, actively participated in programs, projects, and research topics as requested by the State; monitored developments, regularly updated housing data, information on the real estate market situation, proposed plans and solutions to control and promote the real estate market to develop healthily and stably.

Along with building, consolidating and developing the Association, members also actively participate in many social and charitable activities according to the call of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. After 5 years, the Association has admitted and developed 106 members, of which 10 units of the Association have contributed billions of VND to overcome damage caused by natural disasters and floods; mobilized thousands of gifts for the poor to celebrate Tet or people affected by natural disasters. To develop members, the Association actively implements solutions to admit new members; at the same time participates in protecting the legitimate rights of members according to regulations...

Based on the evaluation of the results of the past term, the new term Provincial Real Estate Association sets out 6 key tasks in the fields of consulting, criticism, social appraisal, perfecting legal institutions, participating in social security activities, strengthening inspection and supervision...

Attending the congress, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi - Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association delivered a congratulatory speech to the 2nd Congress of the Nghe An Province Real Estate Association. At the same time, he suggested that, based on practical assessment, the Association should participate more actively in reviewing land funds to implement infrastructure projects; continue to participate in consulting and advising on creating more land funds, social housing funds, building a healthy real estate market, limiting speculation and price inflation; actively responding to the Government's solutions and management policies on the real estate market, social housing, etc.

The 2nd Congress of Nghe An Real Estate Association, term 2025-2030, elected an Executive Committee of 25 members and a Standing Committee of 17 members.
