Attending the congress, on behalf of central ministries and agencies were Mr. Vuong Duy Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Management ( Ministry of Construction ); and representatives from the Vietnam Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Consulting Association.
Representing Nghe An province were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives from several departments, agencies, associations, and more than 100 businesses that are members of the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association.
At its first General Assembly, for the 2018-2023 term, the Nghe An Real Estate Association carried out its tasks amidst numerous difficulties. Besides the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the sluggish real estate market nationwide also affected the Association's performance to some extent.
However, since 2022, thanks to the government's economic recovery measures, the economy has gradually recovered and the real estate market has flourished. In Nghe An, to achieve the province's socio-economic development goals, many large infrastructure projects have been invested in, leading to an increasing number of corporations and businesses investing in real estate in Nghe An, making the market more vibrant.
Specifically, during its term, in addition to effectively carrying out its social consultation and critique tasks, the Provincial Real Estate Association closely followed the set programs and plans, actively participated in programs, projects, and research topics at the request of the State; monitored developments, regularly updated housing data and information on the real estate market situation, and proposed solutions to control and promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market.
Along with building, strengthening, and developing the Association, members also actively participate in many social and charitable activities as called for by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. After 5 years, the Association has recruited and developed 106 members, of which 10 units of the Association have contributed billions of VND to overcome damage caused by natural disasters and floods; mobilized support for thousands of gifts for the poor to celebrate Tet or for people affected by natural disasters. To develop membership, the Association actively implements solutions to recruit new members; at the same time, it participates in protecting the legitimate rights of members according to regulations…
Based on an assessment of the results of the previous term, the Provincial Real Estate Association for the new term has set out six key tasks in the areas of social consulting, critical analysis and assessment, improving legal institutions, participating in social welfare activities, and strengthening inspection and supervision...
Attending the congress, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi - Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association - delivered a congratulatory speech to the 2nd Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association. He also suggested that, based on practical assessments, the Association should participate more actively in reviewing land funds for infrastructure projects; continue to provide advice and recommendations to create more land and social housing funds, build a healthy real estate market, and limit speculation and price manipulation; and actively respond to the government's solutions and policies regarding the real estate market and social housing.
The 2nd Congress of the Nghe An Real Estate Association, for the term 2025-2030, elected an Executive Committee of 25 members and a Standing Committee of 17 members.
Lawyer Nguyen Quoc Khanh - Chairman of Nghe An Real Estate Association for the 2018 - 2023 term was re-elected for the 2025 - 2030 term.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee presented a banner to the Association and awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals of the Association who had achieved outstanding results and made excellent contributions during the past term.
