88th Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference (Term XII)

Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Duy Chinh delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee reviewed and gave opinions on: The general planning project for the construction of Cho Ra town; the policy for implementing the project for the plywood factory; the policy for implementing the project for the green circular composite wood-plastic factory complex in Bac Kan; the policy for implementing the project for exploiting lead and zinc minerals in the Bo Lieu area, Nam Cuong commune and Dong Lac commune, Cho Don district; adjusting the investment policy and the area for implementing the project for exploiting and processing gold minerals in the Pac Lang area; the policy for implementing the investment project for the construction of the lead and zinc ore mining project in the Na Bua area, Ngoc Phai commune; the policy for implementing the investment project for the inter-regional solid waste treatment area in Cho Moi district; the policy for implementing the investment project for the construction of the Quang Chu high-tech tunnel brick factory; the number and types of cars for the general work of the agencies and units under the Provincial Party Committee.

Conference Overview

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on the content of the agenda of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference; listened to a report on the results of implementing the new organizational model of the Ministry of Public Security when there was no district-level police force and new tasks were taken on; gave opinions on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units and carry out personnel work according to authority./.
