Conference to collect comments on many draft laws

Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Bui Van Tang, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thanh Loi chaired the conference. At the conference, delegates had many comments on the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front with the hope that the guidance on the activities of associations, unions, and socio-political organizations after the merger would be clearer. Some delegates emphasized that the amendment of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front this time should be studied to deeply reflect the policy of merging member organizations into the front agency, and it is necessary to build a new chapter and detailed provisions on member organizations of the front...

Through this conference, the intelligence and enthusiasm of the Fatherland Front system at all levels in the province; member organizations and typical individuals... were mobilized to participate in giving opinions and contributing ideas to create high consensus among the people on perfecting the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth, and the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level.
