More than 16,000 9th grade students in Ha Tinh participate in the quality assessment exam

(Baohatinh.vn) - This is the only trial test, to help schools in Ha Tinh evaluate the quality of 9th grade students, thereby adjusting the review plan before the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year.

Today (May 9), the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh organized a test to assess the quality of 9th grade students in the 2024-2025 school year. This is the only test held during the school year, each secondary school is a test site.

More than 16,000 ninth graders across the province registered to take the exam. Candidates took three subjects: Literature, Math and English. Of which, Literature was tested in essay format, the remaining subjects were tested in multiple choice and essay format.

At 7:55, candidates will take the Math test for 90 minutes and continue with the English test at 10:00, for 60 minutes.

In the afternoon of the same day, at 2:30 p.m., candidates took the Literature exam for 120 minutes.

This is the first year the exam is organized according to the 2018 GeneralEducation Program. Organizing the quality assessment exam is considered a rehearsal to prepare 9th grade students for the official exam. This is an opportunity for students to self-test their knowledge and skills; prepare well mentally and test-taking methods before the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year. The exam results are also the basis for schools to assess the quality of 9th grade students, thereby having teaching and review plans suitable for their abilities in the coming time.
