Candidates participate in direct interviews at the recruitment area of the City Employment Service Center.

The transaction session attracted 23 units to participate in direct recruitment, online and through the City Employment Service Center with a total recruitment demand of 5,037 positions. Of which, unskilled labor accounted for nearly 4,600 positions, reflecting the large demand for production human resources at the end of the year. The textile and garment industry continued to lead with a high recruitment scale: Scavi Hue Company recruited 2,080 positions; HUAJING Garment Co., Ltd. recruited 513 people; Hanesbrands Vietnam Hue Company recruited more than 300 positions, mainly sewing workers, technicians, and line managers.

Along with industrial production, labor export continues to be a channel to attract workers. Hue City Employment Service Center recruited 120 seasonal workers to Germany with a salary of 48-51 million VND/month. Enterprises such as Daystar and Labor Export Service Joint Stock Company and experts recruited hundreds of interns and engineers to go to Japan with an income of 28-40 million VND/month.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Van An, Deputy Director of the National Center for Employment Services, emphasized the importance of applying the National Job Exchange in organizing the transaction session. Connecting multiple provinces on a digital platform helps expand recruitment space, increase labor supply and demand mobility, optimize profile matching thanks to big data, and ensure transparency of recruitment information nationwide.

Delegates visit and learn about the job search function on the electronic transaction system.

The combined face-to-face and online trading sessions are considered an effective solution, contributing to promoting the synchronous development of the regional labor market, creating more job opportunities for employees and supporting businesses to stabilize production and business.

The activity aims to implement the 2025 work program of the Department of Employment, strengthen regional linkages in job creation; support businesses in accessing recruitment sources to recover after floods and prepare human resources for the production plan in early 2026; and at the same time create conditions for employees to find suitable job opportunities in the context of many fluctuations in the labor market.
