More than 500 students compete to learn about anti-human trafficking and safe migration

Towards the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union, on October 15, the Can Loc District Women's Union coordinated with the Ha Tinh Provincial Women's Union and Ly Tu Trong Vocational College to organize a contest to learn about knowledge on preventing human trafficking and safe migration.

The contest is part of the series of activities of the "Prevention of Human Trafficking" Project, sponsored by the Bread for the World Organization in Vietnam. Participating in the contest are 3 teams representing grades 10, 11, 12 and more than 500 students of Ly Tu Trong Vocational College.

More than 500 students of Ly Tu Trong Vocational College attended the program.

The teams went through 3 rounds: Greeting, knowledge and talent. In the greeting round, the teams performed extremely creative acts, the content was adapted into poems, songs, folk songs, skits and short plays...

In particular, the talent competition was performed by teams with skits with real-life situations presented vividly and deeply, leaving many impressions in the hearts of viewers, conveying to viewers messages about preventing human trafficking and safe migration.

The contest is an opportunity to propagate and disseminate legaleducation on preventing and combating human trafficking crimes, raise awareness and general understanding of the risks of becoming victims of trafficking due to unsafe labor migration, help students better understand human trafficking, risks, prevention methods and victims' rights, thereby helping students to be more responsible and join hands to contribute to repelling human trafficking.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the grade 11 team, the second prize to the grade 12 team and the third prize to the grade 10 team.
