More than 600 highly qualified medical staff are ready for Bach Mai Hospital, branch 2.

(Dan Tri) - On November 13, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co said that the Hospital has prepared enough human resources to meet the operational needs of Bach Mai Hospital, branch 2 in Ninh Binh by the end of this year.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co, Hospital Director, Bach Mai Hospital 2 is ready to be put into operation by the end of this year.

To prepare for the operation of the second facility, Bach Mai Hospital has proactively prepared high-quality human resources.

"We have more than 600 medical staff with high expertise and many years of experience at facility 1 who have volunteered to transfer to facility 2," Associate Professor Co informed.

In addition, the Hospital also recruits a team of doctors, nurses, and technicians, who will be thoroughly trained at facility 1 before working at facility 2.

In addition, the facilities at facility 2 are all new generation, synchronous, and invested according to modern hospital standards.

The Director of Bach Mai Hospital hopes that the operation of the second facility will significantly reduce the load on the first facility, while expanding the scale of service to people in the southern region of the Northern Delta.

"With specialized human resources and modern equipment, the Director of Bach Mai Hospital commits to the same quality of medical examination and treatment between facility 1 and facility 2. We are proposing that the Government and the Ministry of Health recognize facility 2 as a hospital with specialized, high-tech functions, fully connected with facility 1 from data, human resources, expertise to finance," Associate Professor Co informed.

The Director of Bach Mai Hospital said that the hospital is striving to become an international standard hospital system - where Vietnamese people can be treated with technology and quality equivalent to that of developed countries, without having to go abroad for treatment," the hospital representative added.

According to plan, Bach Mai Hospital 2 will be put into operation by the end of this year, becoming one of the first public hospitals to operate under the model of "smart hospital, synchronizing two facilities", contributing significantly to improving the quality of health care for the people.
