The project includes 15 sub-projects in localities including Da Lat, Duc Trong, Lac Duong, Don Duong, etc., aiming to upgrade traffic and irrigation infrastructure, creating the premise to build Lam Dong into the "vegetable and flower capital" of Vietnam and the leading high-tech agricultural production center in Southeast Asia.

Recently, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has supported Lam Dong farmers with many sustainable coffee growing projects.

According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment, the project is currently being implemented on schedule, initially bringing about clear results. In 2025 alone, the total allocated capital is 48.7 billion VND, of which ODA capital accounts for 18.7 billion VND. The invested infrastructure works have contributed to improving production capacity, increasing crop productivity, and stabilizing the livelihoods of people in the project area.

In addition to promoting the "rejuvenation" of coffee gardens to improve quality, strong investment in deep processing development is being carried out by growers and businesses.
