Accordingly, the Department advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision to establish the Organizing Committee, a Plan to participate in the Exhibition; an official dispatch requesting financial support for participation in the exhibition, sending ideas and 3D design mockups to participate in the exhibition to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism . Coordinate with agencies and units to develop a draft exhibition plan (ideas, explanations and 3D exhibition mockups). Direct professional units to proactively contact the Management Board of the National Exhibition Center (VEC) to unify the content of information on preparing to sign a contract to provide services for the exhibition space of Lai Chau province.

In the coming time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will speed up the work progress to ensure the basic completion of tasks before August 15 as requested by the Deputy Prime Minister. Review the exhibition content, focus on adjusting the exhibition design according to the opinions of the Organizing Committee and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Continue to complete, report to the Organizing Committee, submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the exhibition plan before implementation. Provide instructions on propaganda before, during and after the exhibition. Coordinate with relevant agencies to prepare detailed content according to the province's theme.

In particular, the requirement for the space design must clearly show the history of Lai Chau's formation, potential strengths; the development steps of Lai Chau in recent times in forest development, Lai Chau ginseng, protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security, hydropower industry, etc. He suggested: The Department of Finance balances and reasonably arranges funding sources to participate in the exhibition. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism completes the idea, reports to the Organizing Committee, submits to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee to approve the exhibition plan before implementation. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested units and agencies to be highly determined and coordinate closely to organize the exhibition space well.

Assign the Departments of Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Culture, Sports and Tourism to select culinary products to participate in the exhibition; The Department of Finance proactively balances finances for activities organized within the framework of the Exhibition; the Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command prepare images to participate in the exhibition.
