A great trick for office workers is to translate text directly on Google Sheet. Here is how to translate text in Google Sheet.
Step 1:
Open the document that needs to be translated.
Step 2: Click on the cell where you want to get the translation result. For example: In the image below, the cell with the content to be translated is A2, the cell where you want the translation result is B2.
Step 3: Enter the command =GOOGLETRANSLATE(A2;"en";"vi") in that cell. In which:
A2: Contains the content you want to translate.
en: Language code to translate (Example: The image above is English with the phrase "en").
en: Language code after translation (Example: You want to convert to Vietnamese using the phrase "en").
Additionally, you can use the code for many other languages at Wikipedia information
Step 4: Press Enter to complete the translation operation.
Step 5: Drag and drop all remaining cells.
Note, the translation result may not be 100% accurate, you need to check it again after the translation function completes its task.
