Guidelines for implementing projects linking agricultural production and consumption along the value chain

On September 19, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development held a conference to train and foster policies and provide guidance on procedures for implementing projects linking production and consumption of agricultural products according to value chains in the fields of aquaculture and livestock in the province.

Accordingly, nearly 100 trainees who are officers of the Department of Agriculture , officers in charge of agricultural cooperatives, fishery cooperatives, and enterprises were provided with an overview of policies, procedures, and procedures for implementing projects linking production and consumption of agricultural products along the value chain in the fields of fisheries and livestock according to Decree 98/2018 of the Prime Minister; Resolution 10/2020 of the Provincial People's Council on connecting enterprises and cooperatives in linking production and consumption of agricultural products. Trainees were also provided with an overview of policies on livestock and fisheries and orientations for livestock development until 2030; tasks and solutions for building and perfecting groups of policies to support and encourage livestock development.

In addition, students are also guided in making business plans to develop cooperatives with projects linking production and consumption of agricultural products; orienting plans to build linkage models and economic development applied according to local conditions and advantages.
