At the meeting, households presented recommendations on land acquisition, compensation, and resettlement support for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project. In particular, focusing on considering resettlement for people. These are households that built houses on agricultural land in the form of dividing plots for sale, the land use right certificate is still in the name of the seller, not yet transferred to the people, therefore, not meeting the conditions for resettlement. However, for those who do not meet the conditions for resettlement, they will be supported to access social housing, arranged stable housing and suitable for actual conditions.

After the meeting, 4/12 households agreed to hand over the land to implement the project. For the remaining households, the functional departments of Long Thanh district will continue to propagate and mobilize people to hand over the land soon, in parallel with completing the procedures to carry out enforcement according to regulations, ensuring the overall progress of the project.
The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project through Long Thanh district is about 28km long, with a total area to be recovered of nearly 228 hectares, and the number of cases requiring land recovery is 2,786.
