The industrial cluster project is invested and built in the following orientation: Green and clean industry; application of high technology; investment in construction of centralized wastewater treatment plant applying modern environmental treatment technology; construction of wastewater collection system and separate surface water collection system. In addition, the industrial cluster has arranged locations for gathering and collecting industrial waste and garbage; construction of lighting system, trees; construction of synchronous and modern infrastructure.
The project covers an area of 5 hectares located in Quang Ha commune, Phu Xuyen district with the main business lines being sewing wallets, handbags, hammocks, silk nets, mother-of-pearl inlay, carpentry, lacquer, mechanics... The criteria for selecting secondary investors to participate in production activities are clean industrial production enterprises, using automation technology, new and modern technology, ensuring environmental hygiene, relocating production facilities in craft villages, with traditional occupations in residential areas to concentrated production areas.
The City People's Committee assigned Hung Thinh Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Company as the investor with a total investment capital of more than 115 billion VND, implemented within 24 months from the date the City People's Committee decided to establish the industrial cluster and operate for 50 years.
The investor is fully responsible for the honesty, accuracy and legality of the information, data and documents attached to the proposal; ensures the level of equity, loan capital and mobilized capital; arranges sufficient capital to implement the project according to regulations. At the same time, the investor uses the land for the right purpose to construct the project according to the land allocation and lease decision; ensures the conditions for land allocation, land lease, and permission to change the land use purpose to implement the investment project according to regulations. Hung Thinh Construction and General Import-Export Joint Stock Company absolutely does not arrange residential units, accommodation units, and commercial centers within the boundaries of the industrial cluster; strictly prohibits the transfer of projects and the mobilization of capital in violation of the law in any form to implement the project.
