Van Yen district promotes the issuance of land use right certificates, earning over 11 billion VND

Since the beginning of the year, Van Yen has issued first-time land use right certificates to 51 cases and registered land changes to 766 cases. The issuance of certificates is carried out quickly and accurately, meeting the urgent needs of people in completing records and documents related to land.

In the first quarter of 2025, the district also issued 35 decisions allowing land use purpose conversion, including accumulated data from 2024 and new decisions issued in 2025. The total amount of revenue from land use purpose conversion and land use rights legalization activities reached 11.19 billion VND.

In the coming time, Van Yen district will continue to pay attention to and direct specialized sectors to do a good job of granting land use right certificates, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people, and at the same time promoting administrative reform to improve the effectiveness of land management in the coming time.
